We are now able to offer tastings by appointment at our estate vineyard in the Eagle Foothills AVA! We are looking forward to showing you our vineyard property, sharing some bubbles with you, and giving you a glimpse of how we make our sparkling wine. Our licensing is very limited, so we cannot accommodate walk ins. Appointments must be made in advance and party size may be limited.

3100 Cellars is Idaho's only sparkling winery. Our estate vineyard is a ten acre property located minutes from downtown Eagle, Idaho, in the Eagle Foothills American Viticulture Area. The vineyard is also home to our winery, tasting room, and wildlife and pollinator habitats. A tasting at 3100 Cellars estate vineyard is not just a time to sample wines. It is a time to understand why an eco system and a region are great for making sparkling wines and how we are committed to farming for the future by protecting habitat now and being as gentle as possible on our ecosystem.
